This policy explains how mooncat orders move from payment authorization to delivery.
Processing and transit
We normally prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from both business-day estimates, and a specific arrival date is not guaranteed.
Destinations, charges, and tracking
Eligible destinations, services, and any delivery charge appear at checkout. Enter a complete address and current contact details. Tracking is sent when the carrier makes it available.
Delivery concerns
For a late or lost parcel, visible damage, or a delivered scan without receipt, email zanotuyob97@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and relevant photographs so the shipment can be reviewed.
